Sono una persona sensibile.. me lo ripeto sempre, quando cammino per strada e mi commuovo a vedere il vecchietto infreddolito sulla strada che allunga la mano per chiedere qualche spicciolo, e mi addentro nei suoi occhi, cerco di leggere il perchè, il perchè di quella scelta, non che lui abbia scelto di vivere così, ma il perchè la vita abbia scelto lui.. abbia scelto quegli occhi azzurri, luminosi, giovani, in un volto pieno di rughe e di fatica, pieno di segni del tempo che nessuno porterà via..

Sono una persona sensibile me lo ripeto sempre anche quando davanti alle scene che la vita ci propone ogni giorno, mi commuovo, rabbrividisco e spero sempre che qualcosa possa cambiare. Sono sensibile quando mi circondo di amici e mi rendo conto di essere invece tanto sola, sola nell’animo, perchè la “cattiveria” è naturale, fa parte dell’uomo, ma ancora mi domando il perchè? Il perchè di alcuni gesti, di alcune frasi, il perchè. Essere sensibili, non vuol dire essere infelici, perchè la sensibilità ti permette di vedere altre strade oltre quella che vedono tutti, ti permette di essere “diversa” dalla massa di persone che non hanno questo dono, ti permette di sentirti felice della felicità e di sentirti capace di capire. Parole in libertà..di un giorno freddo di fine Gennaio, dedicato a tutte le persone che regalano sorrisi, perchè non hanno un costo, ma sono tanto preziosi.

Il tacco in plexiglass lo avevamo sicuramente già visto in diverse varianti ed in numerose occasioni, ma sul catwalk di Christian Dior Haute Couture 2012 acquista subito tutto un nuovo slancio, nell’interpretazione classy, femminile di Dior.

Vernice nera, forme retro’, tacco in lucite..questa la scelta di Dior. Molto belle, ed il tacco “effetto cristallo” ci fa sentire subito delle principesse, da contro però la delicatezza del tacco che tende facilmente ad ammattirsi nello splendore e a rovinarsi con graffi e segni.

MACARONS..la ricetta. Fashion victim anche nel gusto.

Tutti pazzi per i MACARONS..Ormai non è piu’ solo una questione di “gusto”..bisogna essere fashion anche in cio’ che mangiamo.

Amati dai fashion victim, i Macarons sono troppo glamour per resistergli, troppo belli, buoni, colorati. Proviamo a farli a casa, nel nostro solito forno e vediamo se ci riusciamo.

Ingredienti:

125 g di farina di mandorle
225 g di zucchero a velo setacciato
120 g di albume (di almeno un giorno)
60 g di zucchero semolato
20 g di cacao (solo per macaron al cacao)

Mescola insieme la farina di mandorle e lo zucchero a velo (se si vogliono al cacao, misceliamo anche il cacao), monta a neve gli albumi con lo zucchero semolato e unisci al composto di farina molto delicatamente.

Stendi su un foglio di silk-pat con l’aiuto di un sac à poche, con la bocchetta 10/12 delle piccole meringhe e cuoci in forno ventilato a 130° per 30 minuti oppure a 100° per 2 ore. Al momento di sfornarli trasferire subito i macarons, ancora attaccati alla carta da forno, su una superficie fredda in modo da creare lo shock termico che ne faciliterà il distacco. Lasciarli riposare ancora un’altra oretta.

Raffredda e unisci a coppia con della marmellata se bianchi, con una ganache di cioccolato se al cacao.

Staccarli con delicatezza ed esercitare una leggera pressione sulla parte inferiore di ognuno.

A questo punto si possono farcire come meglio crediamo. Potremmo fare la ganache fondendo a bagnomaria 150gr di cioccolato fondente con 65gr di latte cui sono stati aggiunti, a freddo, 25gr di olio extravergine.

Un’altra idea può essere farli al limone, aggiungendo del colorante alimentare giallo (è sufficiente la puntina di un cucchiaino) agli albumi montati.

Questa è la ricetta base, poi ovviamente non ci sono limiti alla fantasia, con coloranti per dolci, possiamo farli di tutti i colori, rosa, gialli, verdi..e farcirli con marmellata, creme,cioccolato, creme al caffè e tanti altri.. Prendi una scatola carina, semplice, riponili dentro, un bel fiocco e via..un goloso e fashionissimo regalo!

Loved by fashionistas, the Macarons are too glamorous to resist, too beautiful, good, colorful. Try to make them at home,  in our usually oven and see if we can..

Ingredients:

125 g of almond flour
225 g sifted icing sugar
120 g of egg white (at least one day)
60 g of granulated sugar
20 g of cocoa (for chocolate macaroons)

Mix together the almond flour and powdered sugar (if you want chocolate, cocoa, blend it well) Whisk the egg whites with the granulated sugar to the flour mixture and combine very gently.

Stretch out on a sheet of silk-pat with the help of a little sac, with the small nozzle 10/12 meringue and bake in a convection oven at 130 degrees for 30 minutes or 100 degrees for 2 hours. At the time of transfer to immediately remove from the oven macaroons, still attached to the parchment paper, on a cold surface to create the thermal shock that will facilitate the separation. Let them rest another hour yet.
Cool and combine with a pair of jam if white, with a chocolate ganache with chocolatethough.

Removed gently and apply light pressure on the bottom of each.

At this point you can stuff it as they see fit. We could make the ganache by melting in a water bath with 150 grams of dark chocolate 65gr of milk were added, cold, 25g of olive oil.

Another idea may be to make them lemon, adding yellow food coloring (just the needle of a teaspoon) to the egg whites.

This is the basic recipe, then of course there are limits to the imagination, with dyes for cakes, we can make all the colors, pink, yellow, green .. and fill with jam, cream, chocolate,coffee creams and many others. . Take a simple bow, put them in it a big bow and tha’t a delicious an fashion gift!

Ieri dopo una giornata stressante di lavoro, attesa del pullman per correre dal dentista, ho deciso di rilassarmi, e cosa mi fa rilassare piuì di ogni altra cosa??? Del buon e sano shopping!! Non ero ancora stata da ZARA e non avevo ancora potuto dare un’occhiata ai suoi saldi! Ieri ho fatto letteralmente una strage, avevo soltanto mezz’ora per accaparrarmi il dovuto, visto che stavano chiudendo, se non avessi avuto l’orologio lo avrei comunque notato dalle facce stanche e infastidite delle commesse con il sopracciglio alzato.

Sembrava più un mercato che il mio solito luogo di culto preferito, ma a noi donne piace spulciare tra le maglie spiegate, cercando il capo più adatto a noi, e se la vicina di banco osserva una maglietta e poi inavvertitamente la posa, quello, diventa il capo più bello e lo vogliamo per noi. Si sa, l’erba del vicino è sempre più verde.

Ho acquistato tante magliette a 9,99 euro/12,99 euro, larghe da leggins, svasate, con stampe; un cappottino di lana beige con bordino in ecopelle avvitato, un blazer a doppio petto bluette a 29,99 euro, camicetta nera, magliette con pizzo..etc..

Mi reputo soddisfatta 🙂

Yesterday, after a stressful day of work, waiting for the bus to run to the dentist, I decided to relax and,what make me relax more than a good and healthyshopping! I had not yet been to ZARA and I had not yet been able to look at its SALES!Yesterday I literally made a killing, I was only half an hour to grab due, as they were closing, if I had not noticed my clock I would, however, noticed it from faces tired and annoyed by the shop assistants with their raised eyebrow.

It felt more like a market that is my usual favorite place of worship, but we women like to slog through not folded shirts, dresse or pants, looking for the thing that is suitable for us, and if the bench-neighbor observed a shirt and then inadvertently pose,  it becomes the fairest thing and want it for ourselves. You know, the neighbor grass is always greener.

I bought so many shirts at euro9,99 or 12,99, wide, flared, with prints, a beige wool coat with faux leather piping screwed, double-breasted blazer with royal blue at 29.99Euro, a black blouse, T-shirts with lace .. etc. ..

I’m happy now 🙂

La treccia a spina di pesce, o fishtail braid..come realizzarla

Negli Stati Uniti è scoppiata la mania della “fishtail braid”, o per meglio dire “la treccia a spina di pesce” (o a spiga). La rivediamo sulle passerelle, e su molte celebrities. Una particolare alternativa alla treccia alla francese, ossia la morbida treccia che normalmente impariamo a fare fin da piccole se abbiamo i capelli lunghi.

Come realizzarla? è molto semplice. Fai una normale cosa di cavallo sulla bassa nuca, e dividila in due maxi ciocche . Partendo dall’esterno, prendi una piccola ciocca da una delle due porzioni, e uniscila alla porzione “grande” dell’altro lato. Ad esempio, prendiamo una ciocca dalla porzione grande di destra ed uniamola  alla sinistra, poi dalla “coda sinistra” un’altra piccola ciocca e uniscila alla porzione di destra e così via. All’inizio può sembrare complicato, poi il meccanismo viene da sè.  Procedi con gli intrecci fino alla fine delle lunghezze e poi chiudi con un elastico: la tua treccia “fishtale” (a spina di pesce) è pronta.

Il segreto e mantenere sempre ben tesi i capelli ed intrecciare mantenendoli tirati. L’effetto è glam e si adatta a qualsiasi look.

I LOVE SHATUSH for my hair

Tutte pazze per lo SHATUSH, la tecnica per schiarire i capelli con un effetto davvero naturale. Sembra quasi l’effetto dei capelli naturali, schiariti dal mare e dal sole.
